REFUND POLICY

ONWARD REDIANCE BEACH OF INSTITUTIONAL TRUST (“ORBIT TRUST”) follows a transparent donation policy.

1. Nature of Donations

All donations are voluntary contributions toward charitable and social welfare initiatives.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions

• Incorrect amount charged due to technical error

• Accidental payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Refund Process

• Reason for refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations already utilized for charitable activities may not be refundable unless legally required.
